I arrived at Still Waters by then DW, BK & Fela were not yet back from Green Pastures. I started baking keto crackers, granolas and cooking dinner, they arrived from Green Pastures and gave handover. We had dinner, Fela sat at the dining table for sometime whiles we were doing the chores, he went with BK to do some exercise unfortunately the gym ball burst so they couldn’t continue. BK did a damage report, no one was injured, Fela got shaved, evening snack given and supplements as well. BK helped him to bathe, splashing happily
