Arrived at Fela’s and was upstairs in the shower. Emma T gave handover and I went up to Fela to continue with his morning routine. I assisted Fela from the shower and dried his back and Fela did remainder. Fela then messed all over the room several times whilst getting ready and during the routine. Eventually went downstairs for breakfast at 09.20. Fela has been vocal noisy throughout. Sat down after messing again, said prayer and ate. After Fela sat on sofa and relaxed listening to music although remained vocal all morning. We then all got ready to go for a walk in Burslem Park. Fela did his own laces when putting his shoes on. We went and when arrived it was heavy rain so Fela had his snack and drink then we went for a drive, hoping weather would let up but rained heavy so returned. Fela sat after taking outer clothes off listening to music and vocal again. At lunch Fela asked for 5 a couple of times then went to use the toilet , had a bowel movement and then came , put his apron on and sat. Said prayer and then ate. After he had a cake with ice cream. On finishing he cleaned the table and then sat on the sofa and listened to music. Fela has continued to be vocal. We then did makaton together which he seemed to enjoy and after did a jigsaw.
