Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with Mina. We took handover from BK. Petty cash singed by everyone. We had a phone call with Carla and discussed about the day.
Teacch board updated with Fela. All the daily routine chores done by us.
We got ready to go shopping and drove to Lidl. While Mina was shopping, Fela stayed with me. We served him beef broth.
We drove to Burslem Park for a 40-minute walk. He was vocal unhappy during walk. He used the toilet there. Then we drove back home. We changed his clothes. After prayer he had lunch, dessert and electrolyte drink. Then we went to the lounge to relax. We did makatons and education at home. After that we offered him nap but he didn’t sleep.
We served him with his snacks and smoothie. He did foot physio and handle exercise. He was relaxing and listening to music. Michael and Carla arrived to drop off some items.
KO arrived, handover given to him and I said goodbye to Fela.
