Fela got out the bath at 21:45 he dried himself and the used the toilet. He then did his routine well and used the toilet again before getting into bed. We said prayer and I left his music on. Fela was in bed by 22:15. He was asleep by 22:45. He woke at 00:10 he used the toilet at 1:20 and then didn’t go back to sleep until 5am he then woke at 7:30 he used the toilet and got really noisy he then got back into bed and asked for more sleep. But he was being vocal I left him for a while to see if he would go back to sleep. At 8:20 I took his supplements fruit and tea up. Fela has been very up and down this morning. It could be due to only having around 3 hours sleep. Fela is in the shower being very vocal unhappy
