Shift Report:
Fela got out of the bath and done his night routine well.
Once in bed we said prayer and then waved goodnight.
Looking at the camera Fela fell asleep between 11 and 12 and then woke just before 6am.
Fela used the toilet at 6.30am and then got back into bed but didn’t go back to sleep.
At 7.55 fela had his supplements, fruit and tea and then got up and used the toilet.
Fela got in the shower and done his morning routine. Fela came down and had his breakfast.
Fela is currently just finishing his supplements
