I arrived fro my shift and fela was sitting on the toilet I went and said hello then had handover with Dan and jade.
I then promtp3d fela of the toielt he had normal small bowel movment
and he went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music. . I did the board with fela.
I gave fela a facial trim as he had requested for one. I then cleaned and creamed fela and keliods. Then I showed jodie some handle and foot physio while zoe cooked tea. Myself and fela did lummi sticks, hug and tug, and fish face fela did foot physio. Fela was full of smiles and laughter while doing this.
Fela then went to toielt and past urine we then all sat down for dinner. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and I did the board with fela.
Fela relaxed while his dinner settle. At 7.30pm fela went on his gym ball and Bounced for good 20 min.

Fela then went and sat at the table for his snack once he had finished his snack he went stright into the bathroom and sat on toilet.
Zoe then went into fela and prompted of toilet and into the bath. Zoe supported fela with his personal hygiene.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
