Shift Report:
I had a call from BK & MK, briefing me about Fela being agitated, I asked if everything is fine and they responded yes. They told me Fela is still in the bathroom and yet to take a bath, I told them to give him sometime and go back again to check up on him. They rang me again that he is still unsettled and aggressive as well, I told them to give him space to calm again. They rang again that he’s still unsettled so I went in to assist him have a bath, and complete his evening routine with BK. We said a prayer and we left his bedroom.
