Arrived on shift this am with Mercy, had handover from Dan and petty cash checked and signed. Board was updated and Fela agreed. Fela had his snack and drink then we all got ready after Fela used the toilet urine and went in the car to Bathpool, had a good walk then fela had a drink of juice before returning home. On returning Fela changed clothing as was sweating and a little muddy. Lunch was prepared and then we all sat, said prayer and ate. After Fela had a drink and dessert. He dried all dishes after then sat relaxing to music. Did makaton then requested a nap, Kay down and napped. Woke after an hour. Had snack and drink, then listened to music. Dinner was prepared. Brandy came in for eve shift, handover given and petty cash checked and signed. Said bye to Fela.
