I arrived for my shift with BK. We took handover from LP. Board updated with Fela. We got ready to go shopping and drove to Lidl. Fela wanted to stay in the car so BK did the shopping. Then we drove to Burslem Park for a walk. He used the toilet there and after a 45-minute walk he had his morning snacks. Then we drove to the butcher and finally back home.
Upon arrival, we changed his clothes. All the house holding chores were done by us. Then after prayer he had lunch, dessert and electrolyte drink. Afterwards we went to the lounge to relax. Borad updated again with Fela.
We offered him a nap, he agreed for nap but he grab a DVD to watch and then he refused for nap. He refused to do education at home. Later we served him with his snacks and smoothie. We agreed to do the Makaton & Reading and he did. He did foot physio and handle exercise.
Mina arrived for her shift, handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
