Arrived on shift with Brandy and Loretta gave handover. Fela was just in his way down the stairs. Board done and went through with Fela ,which he agreed. Fela listened to his music. Carla rang to advise for the day. We all got ready and went shopping to butchers and then Lidl. He asked to remain in the car throughout. He had his snack at Lidl. When at Lidl he asked to use the toilet but it was out of order so told him we would go straight home as soon as Brandy had finished. We then went home, Fela had a small mishap, a little wet, as he arrived home, was changed and washed. Shopping put away and Lunch was prepared. We all sat, said prayer and ate, Fela had his dessert and drinks. He dried all dishes then sat in lounge. Asked if he’d like a nap and agreed as he was very tired. Lay down and room made ready. Slept then awoken himself half hour later. Had a story read then had his snack and kefir drink. Dan arrived , handover given.
