Fela was out of the bath at 21.45. Brushed his teeth and passed urine before heading to his bedroom to complete night routine. Fela was in bed at 22.10. Asleep at 22.45. Fela woke at 3am used the toilet and returned to bed he did not sleep again. At 6.20 I went to his room he used the toilet before going downstairs. Took his supplements before getting into the shower. Afterwards we sat for breakfast and prayed together. While I was downstairs in the laundry Fela went to the kitchen emptied the packet of hot chocolate powder into his porridge. Afterwards he took his supplements and water. We went upstairs to get ready for the day. Fela then came downstairs to listen to music.
