Arrived on shift fela was still in bed. At 930 with supplements fruit and tea . He then got into the shower . Fela was very vocal since wakin up. He then got dressed and brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast . He ate well bt very so and very noisy. He then relaxed in his rocker and listened to music. We did chores and packed felas bag ready to head out . We headed out to berry hill fields and had a lovely walk round. We walked for 20 mins then stopped on the bench for snack. Then headed back to the car and drove home . Once home fela relaxed till lunch . He sat at the table for lunch and got slightly adjatated. Chloe arrived. We had hanover .
