On arriving fela was sat in his chair listening to music. I said hello and then had handover. I went into fela and he signed for nap juice and then 5. I gave fela some time and then while I was cleaning the shower room and sorting the washing out he signed to Emma t that he wanted a nap. He used the toilet and sat down for 10 mins and then I made the room cosy for him and he lay down. Fela lay down for an hour. But not sure if he slept or not he was very still and quiet. I checked on him at 11:30 and he was awake but very still. Then at 11:50 I asked fela if he was waking up and he completely covered hos head with the blanket so I took that as a no. I went in around 10 minutes later and fela was happily hissing. I put him some music on and asked if he was going sit up and he hid his face and was laughing. I gave fela some Juice and he sat up. I prepared lunch and once it was done we all sat down. Fela ate well and then had cake for afters. He cleaned the table when he was finished and then went and sat in his rocking chair and listening to music. Fela is very up and down this afternoon one minute laughing and the other vocal unhappy. I did the board with fela and he said he was happy with what was on. Every time i went in he would tell me 5 and has a frown on his face. Emma t asked him numerous times if he would like a story he said no 5 every time. I asked if he was ready do walk at home he said no. Fela has looked very tired and is happy one minute and frowning the next. I managed to read him a story which he wasn’t really interested in and didn’t really pay attention. He has asked for a lot of alone time today. He had his snack and carried on listening to music. He used the toilet and had a bowel movement and then went and sat back down. Fela was picking at his keloids and made them bleed. He wouldn’t let Emma t clean him up. So I went in and he let me do it. I put 2 plasters on them. Fela is listening to music on me leaving
