Fela was out of the bath by 21.50 and got himself dry I helped with his back and we headed upstairs. Fela did his routine very well full of laughter and smiles. Fela was in bed by 22.15 and was asleep by 22.30. Fela woke at 3.30 remaining silent and then went to sleep again at 5.40. I woke Fela at 7am to have his Echinacea he then requested to lay down and went back asleep until 8.30 when he woke naturally. I brought his fruit and tea up he then got into the shower and did his morning routine well and in a happy mood. Fela was downstairs and had breakfast at 9.55. Once finished he relaxed in his rocking chair listening to music.
