Fela was happy in the lounge when I arrived. Esther gave handover and Carla was called afterwards. Fela was given the choice between Bidulph Grange or a new park (Park Hall), he chose Bidulph. Agreed to all. Chores were started and packed lunch was made. Fela had his snack. After his snack he became vocal unhappy and was given a hankie with anti anxiety oil. Was told to wipe his head as he had been sweating. When we were ready to leave Fela asked for 5 and the 5 min timer was used. After the time was up he asked for 5 again remaining vocal unhappy. Was offered walk at home instead but still rufused not looking happy and rocking on the sofa. Lunch was ready he took supplements and when asked if he was ready for food he asked for 5 again. Once Fela was ready we prayed and ate together. Fela then had desert afterwards looking in the kitchen. He got himself a 3rd glass of water and cut 4 lemons in half squeezing then into his water. He ate the lemons that he had squeezed and drank his lemon juice/water at the dining table. Afterwards he returned to lounge vocal unhappy/on edge. Was asked if was in pain replied no. When updating the board Fela said no and asked for 5 again. Later we attempted to do makaton and reading he declined both after multiple attempts. Snack was served with an ice lolly. A new batch of ice lollies were made. Afterwards he started foot physio. Marc arrived and had handover.
