I propmted fela out of the bath at 21.50 he had his sleep tinticure and got himself dry
Fela used the toilet and past urine.fela then headed upstairs and completed his evening routine had creams applied and got pj’s on, fela went into bathroom cleaned his teeth and used the toilet past urine fela got into bed we said prayer and then i said good night.
I left music on low for fela.
Fela was in bed for 10.05pm on checking the camera fela is asleep by 12.30am
I didn’t hear fela all night.On checking the camera fela slept from 12.30am until 7.50am
I heard fela at 7.50am so took his refreshments and sat with fela while he had this once fela had finished I prompted fela in to the bathroom fela got undressed,fela used the toielt past urine he then got into the the shower at 8.05am I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes.
I went back up to fela at 8.15 am and prompted him out of the shower fela got himself dry then completed his moring routine. Fela completed his routine very well
Fela was downstairs by 8.35 am and sitting down for breakfast fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished his breakfast he took his supplements and then he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did the board with fela and he wait for micheal arrival.
Micheal arrived and i gave handover.
On wrting this report fela has just left with micheal to go to mama and micheal
