I arrived for my shift fela was sitting on the sofa, I went and said hello to fela. Then had handover from Dan.
Dan then left and I went did the board with fela. Fela realxed listening to music. While fela relaxed I cleaned all kitchen cupboards outside and the sides in the kitchen then cleaned the kitchen sink and drainer.

At 10.20pm fela had his snack . Shortly after fela got his shoes on and used toilet past urine on. We then left to go to church
. We arrived just before 11am and back chairs were taken but one of the volunteers got 3 chairs and put them at back on side were fela would normally sit fela appeared to enjoy service full of smiles. Church finished at 12 30pm we went to car and headed to mama and micheals.
We then had lunch at 1pm. Fela siad prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went sat in the rocking and had apple pear and tea and listened to music. Carla then gave fela manicure downstairs and we all listened to music and chatted.
Fela then went and lay on the red settee. Carla left at 4pm and said he was laying down quietly. I went up to fela and he had been picking at his keliod so cleaned his fingers. Fela then came down and I cleaned his keliod and applied plasters to fela left keliods. We then left and returned home. On retuirng home we met Julie there. Fela removed his outdoor ware and went sat on the sofa and listened to music.
On my leaveing fela was listening to music.
