Arrived on shift with Kingsley. Fela was sitting in lounge relaxing. Brandy gave handover. Carla rang to advise for the day. Board was updated, Fela agreed, and chose green door. Some chores done. Went to Fela who was slapping his legs ,asked to go and get ready and said no, stay here. Asked several times. Rang green door to inform them not attending and Carla. Made room relaxing ready and Fela lay down as seemed very sleepy. Later lunch was made ready and Fela sat, said prayer and ate. After he dried dishes then relaxed in lounge. Later Fela again seemed very tired so asked for a nap, had 30 minutes again, when awoke used toilet for quite a while 20 minutes before he had his snack and drink. Dinner was prepared. Mina arrived on shift, handover given and board updated and agreed by Fela. Fela relaxed, had his supplements then when Dinner was ready we all sat, said prayer and ate, Fela had his waters and hot choc drink. He then dried the dishes. After relaxed and later did walk at home with Denise. Later used the neck massager. Fela was served his snack and sleep tea. Then a shave. Had last supplement then went upstairs ,vocal on the way, and went through the bath routine. Splashing happily at time of report.
