Fela was out of the bath by 9:45pm. The 1 tog duvet was maintained. The air conditioning and fan were left on to maintain the room temperature. Fela was in bed by 10:18pm and fell asleep around 10:45pm. He woke up at 2:45am and he was prompted to used the loo. I quickly went to check his bedding and it was dry. He returned to bed and was calm initially but later became vocally unhappy. He went back to sleep at 5:20am and i woke him up at 6:30am. He was prompted to use the loo and we came downstairs, took his supplements. He was then assisted to have his shower and he came to the dining room vocal and he spent some time moving items in the dining room before he finally settled to have his breakfast. Happy jazz music was played during this time. Afterwards, his morning routine was completed but was vocally unhappy at that time. We came downstairs to the lounge. Morning staff came and I gave handover.
