On arrival Fela was eating his breakfast we had handover from Marc we then went to sit with Fela. Once he had finished Fela sat on the sofa I updated the board with him. I then went to aldi to collect Felas shopping, while I was gone the nurse arrived to check Felas keyloids. Myself and Emma then put away the shopping. Emma then made Felas snack. We then want for a neighbourhood walk, Fela used the toilet before leaving. We walked for a good 30 mins. When we returned home Fela took off outdoor wear and used the toilet before relaxing on the sofa listening to music. Emma made Felas lunch. We sat said prayer, Fela ate well. Afterwards Fela requested a nap. Emma went through the social story and left it with him. Fela then lay down with a sleep ready room and relaxing music. he was silent for 2 hours but unsure if he slept. He then had his snack. Claire arrived had handover. I started to cook dinner. Ruth arrived Claire went through some things with her and said hello to Fela. When dinner was ready he used the toilet and then sat to say prayer, he ate well. Once finished he returned to the sofa. Myself and claire cleaned up and Claire updated his board. We later returned to do walk at home with Lucy. Fela completed 10mins of the video using the toilet half way through. Claire then made his snack and ran his bath. Myself and Fela did his bath routine which he did well. He is now splashing in the bath.
