I arrived for my shift gela was in the shower I went said hello then had handover.
Myself and Julie went up to fela ad completed his routine Julie observed this. Fela was very good at completing his routine but vocal through out. Fela has been banging and rubbing his head a lot this morning.
Fela then came downstairs. Got his apron as fela has been rubbing his head I admiststed a white Williow at 10am this was also past over by zoe that fela had been banging his head. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After fela took his supplements. Fela had his breakfast about 10.15am
Once fela had finsihed he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
We then got our shoes on and went for neighbourhood walk fela was happy but vocal at teens on the walk. He did mazing while the walk we walked for approximately 30 mintues. On returning home fela removed his outer and then went into the bathroom Julie assisted fela to removed damp clothing put fresh on. Fela then requested 5 and sat on the toielt. Fela has been baseline since returning home.
Once fela had finsihed in the bathroom he got his apron on we sat down for lunch at 1pm Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy.
After lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair and Julie did the board with fela and he relaxed listening to music. Staff did chores.
We then got shoes on fela used toielt and past urine. We then left to drumming we arrived upstairs 3pm. While at drumming fela did amazing he is doing so well at drumming nad really enjoying his lesson. After drumming we sat I made car and fela had his snack. Once finsihed we headed for home on returning fela removed his outer ware then went sat in his rocking chair. Julie put dvd on for fela he choose call of the wild.
Myself and Julie did some chores then went sst with fela.
We then all sat down for dinner just after 6pm fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
I gave fela a facial trim and Julie observed.
I offered fela the gym as he picked this when board fela clearly said no and refused.
Fela then took him self to the bathroom and sat on the toielt. After he had finished in the bathroom he sat down at 8.15 for his snack. Once finsihed he spoked to mama. At 8.50pm i prompted fela into the bathroom.
I supported fela with personalised hygiene Julie observed this.
On wrting this fela is relaxing in the bath
