Shift Report:
I arrived at my shift and had handover, the TEACCH board was again updated with Fela and he chose a sensory activity.
Had his dinner, shaved and did his foot spa. Had his snack and i ran his bath, Fela was given 5 minutes to use the toilet but started to be noisy, making guttural sounds and was on the edge.
Kingsley stayed behind till Fela calmed down which took his 15 minutes because of the constipation and later was able to use the toilet.
I assisted him to take a bath, splashing
