Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with LP. We took handover from KO. Petty cash singed by everyone. Michael arrived to do some things downstairs.
We received phone call from Carla. Teacch board updated with Fela. He had his chicken broth. We did 15 minutes of walk at home with Nick.
We offered him to lay down but he refused.
Later, we got ready for education and drove there. He participated well but seemed tired. He used the toilet and passed urine. After education he had his snacks and smoothie in the car and we make our way to home. Carla and Michael was already in the house when we arrived.
Teacch board updated with Fela. He did foot physio and handle exercise.
Mina arrived, handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
