Sorry this is so late , thought I had sent it but was still in my files ready to go. Report for day shift on 24/12/22
Arrived on shift with Ruth. Dan gave us a handover and left. I went through the morning routine with Fela asking him if it was ok for Ruth to see what is done, he was fine. Once Fela was in the shower Ruth stripped the bed as was wet. he had breakfast about 9 30, and we then got ready and went out to Longton park ,he had a good walk round and enjoyed it. On our return he had lunch then a pud. He was then happy to watch a Xmas film. Asking for 5 a few times. Myself and Ruth got all items for Fela’s visit to Green Pastures for Xmas. We all left at and went to mama’s and Michael’s. Then myself and Ruth went back to drop off the car and keys and then left.
