Shift Report:
When I arrived fela was in the bath. I had handover and then fela got out at 21:45. He did his routine well and used the toilet before getting into bed. We said prayer and I left his music on. Fela was in bed by 22:10. Fela was asleep by 22:30 and woke at 1:30 he used the toilet and then got back into bed. Fela was awake from 1:30 to 6:30. He used the toilet at 4:15am He is now sleeping on my leaving
