On arrival Fela was sitting on his sofa. We had handover from Marc. Ann updated Felas board with him and then we started some chores. Soon after Fela played on his tounge drum for around 20mins. At 10.30 Fela packed away his drum and put his shoes on. He then used the toilet before leaving for Tunstall Park. Once at the park Fela used the toilet in the cafe as he requested. We then walked around the park at a good pace for 30mins. On returning home we met Carla and Micheal. I prompted Fela to remove outdoorwear and use the toilet afterwards. Ann then put Fela some fresh clothing on as they were wet. I hoovered and cleaned the car so it was ready to be returned to pick up his new car. Fela had his lunch with Ann and returned to the sofa with a social story of his new car. I then updated Felas board with him and brought down his shoulder massager. I asked Fela on multiple occasions if he would like a nap he asked for 5 everytime. At 14.55 Fela had his snack after using the toilet. Micheal then came to show Fela his new car and take him for a ride. Fela put his shoes on and used the toilet before leaving. We then drove in Felas car and arrived back home meeting Mina. Ann showed Mina around I then showed her Felas teach board. Paul arrived. Paul did some chores and did foot physio with Fela while myself and Mina prepared dinner. Fela sat to say prayer and ate well followed by his hot chocolate. He then returned to the sofa later I gave Fela a shave and applied creams to his keyloids. Myself and Paul asked Fela if he wanted to do walk at home but he kept asking for and and he looked very tiered. I then made his snack. Fela then spoke to his Mama for a bit. Paul ran Felas bath and went through his routine with Mina.
