Fela was out of bath at 10:40pm and he had his sleep mix. We went to his bedroom and evening routine completed. He was in bed by 11:02pm. He slept around 12:09am and woke up around 3:27am and he was prompted to go to the loo which he did. He slept again around 3:31am. He woke up around 6:32am and he was prompted to go to the loo which he did. We came downstairs for his wakes supplement and he had his shower. He kept giving me 5 so I gave him some space. He brushed his teeth and he had his breakfast. We went upstairs to complete his morning routine and we came downstairs to the lounge. Shahab and Marc came for morning duty. I handed over. When leaving, Fela was done with his breakfast
