Arrived on shift at 9:00am handover given by Claire on arrival fela was sat at dining room table taking his supplements myself and Claire counted the money. Fela went toilet and passed urine at 9.10am he then went back in lounge and sat in his chair listening to music. Julie went to do some chours after at 9.50am we did activities board for the day fela asked me to change his music for him fela is smiling and happy.
At 10.15am fela sat at table had a snack nuts and a drink of tea which I give fela options of what tea to choose from fela was very vocal , I then got fela sandwiches ready for swimming peanut butter with apricot jam why Julie got felas swimming stuff together. At 10.45am fela went to the toilet before we set out for swimming where he had a bowel movement fela then got his coat and shoes on and we then set off for swimming. As we arrived at swimming at 11.20am I helped fela to get undressed for swimming and guided him fela then got in the pool and really enjoyed his session at swimming he did amazing finished at 12.30. At 13.00pm fela had his lunch in the car was happy we then went to collect shopping from tesco. At 14:00pm we arrived back home where I made fela a glass of juice with a slice of lemon he sat in his chair in the lounge and asked to listen to some music myself and fela then played some cards. At 14:40pm fella went to the toilet and sat on the toilet for 15 minutes. At 15.00pm fela had a snack yogurt with fruit he enjoyed this. At 15:50pm I went to observe Julie clean felas keloids but fela got up and went to the toilet where he was there for good 30 minutes, when fela came out he had his keloids cleaned and new dressing and also had almond oil on finger where it was sore and Julie then did hand massage. At 16:05pm i hovered felas bedroom after this myself and Julie did makaton and then I read fela 2 books which he enjoyed fela
Is now listening to music. Fela has had foot physio and Julie did his board now awaiting tea. Fela sat at the table at 17.50pm took his supplements then said a prayer before dinner spaghetti bolognaise and hot chocolate for afterwards. Fela then had a facial trim and we all sat down to watch a film. At 19.45pm fela went toilet passed urine Julie then did him a snack toast with peanut butter and apricot jam. At 20.45pm fela went into the bath and remained in the bath when my shift ended at 21.30pm
