I arrived at felas for my shift and fela was just about to get in the shower. Carla came and I prepared felas breakfast. Marc did a few chores, and fela came down. He sat down, we said prayer and fela ate. After breakfast fela went to sit in his chair. Marc did the board with fela. We then asked fela to come and get his shoes and coat on and he refused. He asked for five. We left fela alone for a while before asking him again and he still refused. I took felas shoes into him and asked him to out them on. He put his shoes on and let me tie the laces but when I asked him to come with me to get his coat on he said no. I tried promtoing fela to put his coat on and he still refused. I took the coat into fela and he got up to put it on and we left. Fela had his snack in the car on the way to Aldi. We had to go to Tesco to get fela some salmon after as we were missing it on the Aldi shop due to it being sold out. When we got back we put the shopping away and took of his outwear. I prepped dinner. We sat down for lunch,said prayer and ate. After lunch fela had cake and ice cream before sitting his chair and relaxing to music. Marc and I did some chores. I cleaned the shower room. Fela refused a walk loads throughout the day. We got ready for education. At education fela didn’t focus to well at the start but engaged more as it went on and did really well spelling out words to match the pictures Liz gave him. During education and throughout the day fela has been very grabby, he hurt my wrist a couple times by grabbing hold of me. After eduction fela used the toilet and passed urine. We then headed home. When we arrived back fela had his snack and went to sit in his chair. I cleaned felas keloids and Emma arrived. We had handover and I left. Upon my departure fela was sat in his chair.
