Assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. Went upstairs and went through the night routine. He brushed his teeth and got into bed at 21.50, gave a head massage, said prayer, put music on low and left. Slept about 22.30. Awoke at about 01.30, asked Fela to use the toilet . Did so then got back in bed at 02.05. Remained awake and vocal for a few minutes until about 04.30. Started to stir at 08.00, went up with supplements , tea and fruit at 08.10. Had a shower and went through the morning routine, went down for breakfast at 09.20. Sat, said prayer and had supplements and ate.
