25/06/2026 – Day shift – Mina Adomako

Shift Report:

I reported for day duty. Marc handed over to Brandy and me and we all signed petty cash. Carla called to find out how Fela was doing  and provided advice for the day. The TEACCH board was then updated and Fela agreed to all. Household chores completed . Fela had his snack and we did walk at home with Denise Austin for 20 minutes and he participated well. Lunch was prepared and after a word of prayer, Fela went into the kitchen and began opening the drawers. He took the pink salt and poured a large amount over his food. We tried to tell him that it was enough, but he did not pay any attention. The exact amount of salt consumed is unknown, but it was more than a tablespoon. He then handed the salt back to us, sat down, and ate all of his food. After lunch, he had a bowel movement and then relaxed in the lounge while listening to music. Fela was observed dozing off and appeared tired. When asked if he would like to have a nap, he did not resist. He slept for 30 minutes and had another bowel movement upon waking. He then had his snack. Loretta arrived for evening duty and handover given. At the time of my departure, Fela was in a happy mood
