I arrived for my shift fela was finishing his breakfast. I went said hello then went in staff room. Had handover from Julie. Once fela had finished his breakfast and supplements he went sat on the sofa. Fela was vocal while sitting on the sofa.
Julie then left. I went and did the board with fela. Fela relaxed listneing to music. I went deep cleaned the shower room.
At 10am we got our shoes on, fela used toielt and past urine. We then left to go and collect the aldi shopping. We were going to for walk around burselm Park but it started raining heavily so we went stright home. On arriving home we took shopping in and fela then got out car removed his outer ware then went sat at the table for his snack. Fela then went sat on the sofa listened to music. We decided as it had been raining on and off all morning and we didn’t want to confuse fela we would do walk at home or gym ball.
I went in to fela and gave him q chose of gym ball or walk at home. Fela choose to do walk at home. Updated the board with fela. Then signed 10 minutes then do walk at home.
Myself abd fela then did at walk at home fela completed about 10 mintues but was very unenthusiastic while doing. I then prompted fela in his gym ball which he did for app 30 mintues and seemed to enjoy this more was full off smiles towards then end he became vocal so told fela could finish
Fela the sat on sofa and relaxed listening to music.
At 12 20pm we sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate well. After lunch fela relaxed on sofa listneing to music.
We then got ready to leave for education. On arrival liz was waiting fela did very well at education. We left education at 15 25pm fela had his snack and water in car.
About 15mintues away from fela became vocal rocking gently side to side and retuing and entering the house fela became very slightly agaited so we left him to calm and prompted from distance to take his stuff off. Fela then went sat on the sofa and calmed. Fela was only agaited for about 2 minutes. Fela realxed listening to music.
