On arrival Fela was sitting on the sofa listening to music. I had handover then said hello to Fela. I updated his board and started Felas dinner. Once dinner was ready Fela used the toilet before putting his apron on and saying prayer together. Fela ate well once finished I took his bowl whole Emma T had his hot chocolate. Once Fela had been given his hot choc he became adjitated rocking in his chair and making loud gutteral noises this lasted for 10 mins (18.40-18.50) I then returned to sit with Fela he was calm and happy. Once finished Fela wiped the dining table and went to sit on the sofa. I gave Fela a shave due to him messing with his keyloids, cleaning and screaming them afterwards. Fela was quiet and appeared to be tiered asking for music. We tried to get Fela to do the Mr Motivator workout but he declined us both. Fela had his snack and started to run his bath. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement before getting into the bath. Emma T assisted with his bath routine he is currently splashing in the bath.
