Fela got out of the bath at 21.30 got himself dry I assisted with his back using the toilet afterwards. We then headed upstairs, Fela did his routine well but has been messing with various items a lot. He then used the toilet and requested a head massage. Once in bed I gave Fela a head massage and said prayer together. Fela was in bed by 22.10 but didn’t fall asleep until 1am he slept through until 4.30am falling back asleep at 5am he then woke again at 7am. I took his suppliments, fruit and drink up he used the toilet and we sat together while he had his apple and drink. He then entered the shower. Once finished he completed his morning routine well and was downstairs for breakfast at 8.40. Fela has been vocal throughout the morning. On leaving Fela is starting his supplements.
