Fela got out the bath around 9:55. He did his routine well and was in bed with lights out for 10:20. He was asleep for around 11:10. He slept until 2am used the toilet and then remained awake until 5:10. He then went back to sleep. Fela woke at 8:30 I took his supplements tea and fruit up. He is currently in the shower on me leaving
