Fela was out of the bath by 21.10 got himself dry and I assisted with drying his back. He used the toilet before heading upstairs. Fela did his routine very well I applied a dressing before he brushed his teeth the used the toilet again Fela asked for 5 I left him on returning Fela had had a bowel movement. He was in bed by 21.45. Fela fell asleep at 23.00 using the toilet 2 times during the night ( 1.00 and 3.45 ) on both occasions Fela returned to his bed within 10 mins and fell straight asleep. Fela woke naturally at 7.45 had his fruit and drink got undressed on the toilet passing urine before getting into the shower. I returned he got out of the shower and did his routine very well this morning. We both sat at the dining table said prayer together he then ate his breakfast followed by supplements and x2 white willow. He then sat on the sofa listening to music. Before leaving I applied a new bandage and cream.
