Shift Report:
I Assisted Fela out of bath. He was in room by 10:05pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 10:15pm. He slept at 10:20pm and woke up at 04:02am. He used the toilet and back to bed but he didn’t sleep again. ( Bed was dry ).
I went to his room around 06:05am. Then we went downstairs.
He had a glass of water and his supplements before showering. After showering, he had his breakfast and AM supplements.
Then we went upstairs, after dressed up we went back to the lounge where he was relaxing and listening to music.
