Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with BK. Fela was settled in the lounge say hello to Fela. Took handover from Mina. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Mama call us and gave some instructions about Fela. Teacch board updated with Fela and the social story of the visit (Proctor’s Pumpkin Patch) printed out and go through it with Fela. Fela used the toilet and got ready. Then we drove to (Proctor’s Pumpkin Patch) with his packed snacks and lunch. Fela was excited while having the walk at (Proctor’s Pumpkin Patch) he pick up a pumpkin by his own. Also had the beautiful photos there. Then he had his snack and juice in the car and we drove to Leek park for walk. Fela had a walk about 45 minutes at leek park. After the walk he had his packed lunch in the park. After lunch we drove back to home. Fela did Makatons and education at home (Manual calendar). Also he picked up the store book for reading. He had his snack. Relaxing on his comfy sofa. KO came in for his shift. Handover given to him. Say good bye to Fela.
