25/10/2025 – Evening shift – Kingsley Osei

Shift Report:

Fela was almost done with his snack pm when I arrived for my evening shift. Handover give by DW & WA, I went in to see Fela and took off his empty bowl, he was vocal. I later did the scheduled activity (word puzzle) with him it was easy as we tried to find out the words but hopefully did all. The ketone test follow suit, supplements taken and he walked down the dinning vocal, treading up the stairs and later sat to prayer then we all ate. He went to pass urine once he got up from the dinning table and then into the lounge after washing his hands. He was given the foot spa and we acted accordingly under the instructions given on the schedule sensory activity. He was calm once he put his feet into the foot spa, enjoyed the relaxing music playing in the background as he nodded his head to it. He later had a shave, keloids cleaned and served his evening snack. He was assisted to dial telephone and ring mama, they had a talk and afterwards he had his supplements before going upstairs for his bath routine. WA assisted him to bathe, splashing at the entry of my report.
