On arrival Fela was in his rocking chair listening to music. We had handover from Claire and said hello to Fela. We started some chores while Fela was relaxing. When it was time for Fela snack he sat at the dining table and ate neat and tidy. Afterwards he went to relax for 10 before putting his shoes on. Fela used the toilet before leaving. When at the gym Fela did really he used the cross trainer, arm bycicle and the treadmill overall getting 45 minutes of exercise. When we arrived back home Fela removed his outdoor wear and went to the toilet where I assisted with a change of clothing. Once Fela had finished he went to sit and relax in his chair until it was lunch time. At lunch we all sat at the dining table and said prayer, Fela ate well. Afterwards he went to sit in his chair and chose a DVD to watch. Later we did makaton together Fela did great following the signs. At approx 15.50 I cleaned Felas keyloids upon cleaning I noticed that the left side was bleeding excessively caused by Fela scratching and picking. Myself and Chris managed to stop the bleeding and cleaned the area. We decided that it would be best to apply a dressing to try and prevent Fela from scratching. We changed his shirt and vest and continued to observe. I later prepared dinner while Chris read a story to Fela aswell as foot physio and and a head massage. When dinner was ready Fela had his supplements and we all sat and said prayer together, Fela ate well. Afterwards I cleaned and creamedhis keyloids again. The left keyloid looked a lot better. Fela then request a shave which Chris did with him. Fela then used the toilet and passed urine after I prompted him. Once finished on the toilet I asked Fela if he would like to bounce on his ball he clearly said no and requested his blanket. He then had his snack and went to sit while I ran his bath. Fela completed his bath routine very well and is now splashing in the bath.
