On arrival Fela was finishing his supplements while sat in bed Paul assisted Fela to get into the shower. We had handover from Paul. After 15mins Fela got out of the shower I dryed his back he dryed the rest of his body. He then did his morning routine he did this well and was downstairs for breakfast at 10.30. Anna made Felas porridge and then he sat at the dining table to say prayer. He ate breakfast well and had his supplements afterwards. He then went to sit on the sofa he chose to watch TD Jake’s as it was to late to go to church once he had finished breakfast. I went through the board with Fela he then relaxed. I printed out the new menu for the week did some chores and started food preparation for Felas lunch. At 12.15 Fela had his snack and drink. I then served lunch Fela used the toilet before sitting down to say prayer. Fela ate well and had a muffin and ice cream for desert. Afterwards he returned to the sofa to carry on watching TD Jake’s. I asked Fela if he would like a DVD he asked for 5. I washed dishes and cleaned the kichen sides. I then returned and Fela agreed to the DVD he chose ‘The Incredibles’ he then had his snack. Fela didn’t want to do any colouring. He then had his fish and chip dinner. He then used toilet had bowel movement and relaxed for 15 mins before we all did walk with leslie for 15 mins Fela did very well he then did foot physio while I made his snack and tea. Carla and Micheal then phoned I set up the zoom call and Fela spoke to then via web cam. Once he had finished I ran his bath while Anna gave Fela a shave. I assisted Fela with his bath routine. He is now splashing in the bath. Handover given.
