Arrived on shift with Loretta and Brandy gave handover. Fela was just on his way down the stairs. Board done and went through with Fela ,which he agreed. Fela listened to his music. We all got ready and went to Wetley Moor for a walk about 1 hr, he then had his snack, relaxing on a bench. We then went home, Fela sat relaxing until lunch was ready. We all sat, said prayer and ate, Fela had his dessert drinks and supplement. He dried all dishes then sat in lounge relaxing. Fela requested a nap so lay for 30 mins. Listened to music once awake. Asked him if he’d like a story and became agitated, rocking and clapping saying no. Had his snack and drink. Kingsley arrived , handover given and left.
