I arrived for my shift and fela was at mama and micheals I met nadia at fela then we headed to Carla and micheals. On our arrival at fela met us at the door abd got stright into the car. Micheal gave handover. We then left and went to fela and drop stuff of. We then went of to aldi and Did the shopoing fela did amazing in the shops. Once finsihed we headed for home. We returned home fela tookshoes and hat of then went sat in his rocking chair nad listened to music.
I clenaed and creamed fela keliods then did the board with him.
While fela relaxed I did some chores
At 12 30pm fela went to the toielt past urine. Once finished in the bathroom fela went and sat down for lunch he said prayer then ate his lunch once he had finished he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Nadia did the board with fela. I sat in the living room with fela.
At 13.55pm I clebaed and creamed fela keliod then he got his shoes on used the toielt and past urine we then got ready to go to drumming. We arrived for drumming just before 2.30pm fela was very excited to go to drumming .Once at drumming fela did very well. Once finished we went to car and headed for home.on returing home fela took shoes and hat off then went sat in his chair and listened to music.
I did the board with fela then cleaned and creamed his keliods. At 5pm myself and fela did handle he had head massage with spiky ball and we did fish faces we then did some foot physio. Fela then relaxed while cooked dinner. At 17 55 I prompted fela to the toielt he used toielt abd past urine. We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finished his dinner he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music I did the board with fela and he appeared happy with the evening activities.
Fela relaxed and let his dinner settle at just after 7pm we got our shoes on fela used the toilet and past urine we then left to go on a neighbourhood walk. We had walk around we returned home at 7.35pm on returing home fela took his hat and shoes of then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. At 8pm fela ent sat at the table for his snack. Once fela had finished his snack he went sat back I’m his chair.
At 8.30pm I propmted fela into the bathroom he got undressed used toilet and past urine then got into the bath. I supported fela with his personal hygiene fela then relaxed in the bath
Teresa arrived for her shift and gave handover.
On my departure fela is happily relaxing/splashing away in the bath
