District nurse came in by 11:10am she did Fela’s Keloids dressing and we requested her for the more dressing stuff. She said that she’ll email them and they will drop off as soon as possible. Also she had a quick phone call with CC regarding Fela’s Keloids. Fela agreed for the walk. He used the toilet and passed urine, we changed his clothes .Then we drove to Bursulm park by 11:30am. Fela had an apple and water in the park. Then we drove back to home by 12:40pm. Fela had his supplements, lunch glass of water and dessert. Just after the lunch Fela requested for the Nap. Firstly we did the Makatons after that we gave him nap. He slept around 1:30hr. We awake him up and served him with his snacks and choice of tea. Fela was listening music. VE came for his shift. Gave handover to him say good bye to Fela.
