On arrival Fela was sitting about to have his breakfast. Carla came by to say hello to Fela and drop off his present for the activity later. I Said hello to Fela signed the petty cash we then had handover from Val. Carla left and I sat with Fela while he had his breakfast he took a while to start eating. Once he had finished he came to sit on the sofa after removing his apron. Board was updated with Fela and he agreed to all. Chores were started and Fela was given his tounge drum to play. He played on his drum until it was time for his snack when he put it away. I prepared Felas packed lunch to take with us to Longton Park. Afterwards Fela was asked if he was ready he said yes but was vocal unhappy afterwards and kept asking for 5 after every attempt we made to get him ready – remained vocal unhappy, Fela then refused. Lunch was served we sat said prayer and ate followed by desert. Once finished Fela requested a nap, he sat on the sofa still asking for 5. At 13.40 Fela lay down and had a nap. Fela was asked if he wanted his snack at 15 but requested more sleep. Woke up at 15.40 for his snack. Fela was also given a honey, lemon and ginger tea to help with his cold. Handover given to mina.
Fela has been coughing throughout the day and requested more sleep when woken at 15.00.
