Assisted Fela to bring him out from the bath. He was in room by 10:02pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 10:25pm. He slept at 11:35pm. He awake by 4:15am. I prompted him to used the toilet. He used the toilet and back to bed and didn’t sleep again. I went upstairs by 6:30am with his morning tea. After the tea he had shower. He was messing up with the things in the toilet and room. All the morning routines done with Fela. Then we went downstairs for breakfast. He had his breakfast and AM supplements. KO and Marc came in for their shift. Handover given to them. Say good bye to Fela.
