I assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did remainder. We went upstairs and went through the night routine, this was done quite well but Fela in the bathroom and in bedroom was vocal throughout and threading all over with many items . I applied tiger balm and sleep oil on Fela .Eventually brushed his teeth and got in bed. Said prayer , music on low and left. Fela was in bed by 22.15. Still remained vocal for a while. Coughing occasionally. Asleep by 23.30. Awoke at 04.45, I prompted Fela to the toilet, which he did and after much messing, threading all over the room etc Fela got back into bed at 05.15 and settled. His cough still persists. Fela remained awake and I asked him to use the toilet at 06.50 as he was sitting up at the end of the bed. I went up with drink, supplements and fruit. Fela had been incontinent of urine so encouraged to get straight into the shower which he did, I stripped the bed and put in washer. Went to Fela after a few minutes., he asked for 5, left for 5, went back. Assisted Fela from the shower, he brushed his teeth. Sat on the bed having his supplements , fruit and tea. We went down for breakfast at 8.00, said prayer and ate. Had supplements .Sat on the sofa at 08.30. Cough remains only occasionally. Remained vocal throughout the morning. Awaiting to go home at time of report.
