Assisted Fela to bring him out from the bath. He was in room by 09:48pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 10:25pm. He slept at 11:15pm and awake by 04:50am. I prompted him to used the toilet through the camera. He used the toilet and back to bed but didn’t sleep again. I went upstairs by 06:20am. Bed was wet i prompted him to get shower first. He used the toilet and opened his bowels. After that he had shower. He become vocal after the shower for 10 minutes. After all the morning routines he had his awake supplements, an apple and green tea. Then we went downstairs. He had his breakfast, glass of water and AM supplements. BK and Marc came in for their shift. Handover given to them and say good bye to Fela.
