Fela got out the bath at 21:45 he then did his routine well and then used the toilet before getting into bed. We said prayer and then I left his music on repeat. Fela was in bed by 22:10 and was asleep for 22:30. Fela slept until around 1:30 and was awake until 3:15. Fela then slept until 8:45. I took his supplements fruit and tea up. Fela is just finishing his tea
