Fela was out of his bath at 9:50, i assisted him to dry himself. He had his sleep mix and then brushed his teeth. We went to his bedroom and we went through his nighttime routine. He was in bed at 10:10 and slept at 10:50
He woke up at 11:28 and quickly used the toilet and went back to sleep immediately. He slept through till 5:00 am. I went to his room at 6:00. We then came downstairs for his morning routine. He had his supplement and then had a shower and brushed his teeth. We sat down and had breakfast, then he took his AM meds.
We then went upstairs for his morning routine. Day staff arrived Mina and DW along with Carla, and i handed over to them. Carla dropped some stuff and advised on the activity of the day. Fela was relaxed in the lounge playing with his harmonica. I waved goodbye to him before i left.
